What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of this business, there are no returns or refunds on our Happy Cami items. All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

We hope you never have to cancel an order but if you do, please let us know as soon as possible. We start working on all of our orders quickly, but if we have not started on your order at the time you contact us, we will refund your money less any listing charges. If it is already in production, we cannot cancel.

How quickly will my box be sent?

Orders are processed and ready to ship from Miami, FL in 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST are not guaranteed to be processed until the following business day.

I placed an order with the wrong address. What can I do?

If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at info@happycami.com and write on subject “WRONG ADDRESS”.  Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the Shipping Address. If the address that you provided is invalid and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping a second time to the correct address.

What if an item of my box arrives damaged?

If an item arrives broken or damaged please contact us via email at info@happycami.com within 5 days of the delivered date, write on subject “Item damaged” and the # of your order. Please send us some photos of the damaged item and we will send a replacement.
We really care about you and we want you to be happy with your box. Please let us know of any issues with your order and give us the chance to solve it before you leave a feedback, we would greatly appreciate it... our goal really is for you to be happy that you visited our store.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the package is listed as “Delivered” on the shipping carrier website we cannot provide a refund or ship a new package.
