Shipping

What is the shipping cost?

Merch (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, phone cases, mugs, and tote bags): we offer free shipping within the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. For other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Positive affirmation sets: free shipping is only available within the United States. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where are the products shipped from?

Happy Cami® products are shipped from different warehouses, which helps us deliver faster. This means that if you order multiple items (e.g., merch and affirmation sets), you may receive them in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

How long does shipping take?

Merch: production and shipping generally take 5 to 10 business days, depending on location.

Positive affirmation sets: U.S. deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary due to customs.

What if my package was lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the carrier's site, we cannot provide a refund or ship a replacement.

I placed an order with the wrong address. What can I do?

If you complete your order and then notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at info@happycami.com and write on subject “WRONG ADDRESS”.  Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change the Shipping Address. If the address that you provided is invalid and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping a second time to the correct address.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, please email a clear photo within 5 days of receiving the item to info@happycami.com with the subject "DAMAGED PRODUCT." Include the order number, name, and email. If shipping caused the damage, we do not issue refunds but will replace the item at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Are returns accepted?

Yes, returns are accepted only if the product has a defect, printing issue, or you received the wrong item. To initiate a return:

  • Email info@happycami.com with the subject "RETURN" within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the order number, name, and email used for the purchase, along with clear photos as proof.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items with animal or human hair, that have been washed, or that carry smoke, cologne, or deodorant marks or stains.
  • Once approved and the item is returned, we will process your refund.

Can I exchange for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final, so please carefully review the size chart for each item before purchasing.

Order Tracking

Why did my order arrive in different packages?

To ensure faster delivery, items may be shipped from separate warehouses. Therefore, a single order may arrive in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for each package. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you’ll receive a tracking number for each one.
